Prosciutto and Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Salad:
    • Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving platter or in a salad bowl.
    • Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, and red onion over the greens.
    • Gently place the prosciutto slices on top of the salad.
  3. Dress the Salad:
    • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad just before serving.
    • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  4. Serve:
